Purchases within the ORIPAS Service are governed by these Additional Terms (the "Purchase Terms"), which form a legally binding agreement between you and TCGTwo, LLC ("Company"), and which form part of, and are hereby incorporated by reference into, the Company Terms of Service.

1. Purchases

(a) Through the Service, you may purchase credits ("Points") and those Points can be used to draw from mystery packs which include undisclosed digital collectibles representing Trading Cards ("Digital Items"). Points have no cash value and are for entertainment purposes only. Points cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred, or converted to fiat currency. The price of Points is displayed on the Service.

(b) The value of purchased Points does not vary after purchase. Points do not expire. Points may only be redeemed toward the drawing of mystery packs. Points are not legal tender and cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash except as required by applicable law.

(c) The Service is not a marketplace. Users cannot list their own assets, or act as sellers. Users cannot transfer Points between Accounts.

2. Payments, Taxes and Refunds

(a) You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you. Company may revise pricing at any time.

(b) You shall be responsible for payment of all applicable taxes.

(c) We utilize various third-party payment processors. Such third parties may impose additional terms. We disclaim any liability associated with your violation of such terms.

(d) You must promptly inform payment agents of all changes to your payment information.

(e) If a purchase results in a chargeback, we may terminate your Account. You agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback.

(f) We reserve the right to change fees and billing methods at any time.

(g) All refund requests are addressed in our sole discretion. No refund will be provided for chargebacks. If you close your Account, any Points balance will be returned to you.

(h) Discovery of use of a stolen or fraudulent credit card will result in notification of law enforcement and Account termination.

(i) We prohibit and seek to prevent money laundering and the funding of criminal activities.

(j) We may prevent Account creation, suspend or terminate Accounts, or request additional information if fraud is suspected or you appear on sanctions lists.

3. Shipping of Trading Cards

(a) After drawing from a mystery pack, you may choose to request shipment of the corresponding physical Trading Card. You are responsible for all shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes.

(b) Shipping availability, methods, and timeframes vary by jurisdiction. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

(c) Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

(d) If a Trading Card is returned to us for any reason, you are deemed to have waived ownership.

4. Conversion of Digital Items to Points

(a) You may convert a Digital Item back into Points at an exchange rate determined by us in our sole discretion.

(b) Once converted, the conversion is final and cannot be reversed.

5. APAC Consumer Protection

(a) For users in jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Purchase Terms is intended to override mandatory consumer rights.

(b) Mainland China: Additional rights under the Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law are preserved.

(c) Japan: Certain cancellation and refund rights under the Consumer Contract Act and Act on Specified Commercial Transactions may apply.

(d) Singapore: Your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act are preserved.

6. Language

6.1 These Purchase Terms are provided in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail and govern.

7. Miscellaneous

(a) The Service is not a banking institution or money transfer service.

(b) The Service is not a gambling service.

(c) You agree not to use the Service if doing so would violate the laws of your jurisdiction. The Service is for entertainment purposes only.
