TCGTwo is a trading card game marketplace platform that allows users to purchase, collect, and trade various cards.

How do I buy a pack?

After logging in, browse the pack list on the home page, select the pack you want, and use coins to draw. Each pack shows its price and remaining quantity.

How do I get coins?

You can purchase coins through the top-up page. We support multiple payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.

How do I view my inventory?

After logging in, go to your profile page and tap 'My Card Vault' to view all your obtained cards.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the random nature of card draws, completed draw transactions do not support refunds. Please read the relevant terms carefully before purchasing.
